Idaho Code § 61-115 — Pipeline Corporation.
TITLE 61 PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION CHAPTER 1 PUBLIC UTILITIES LAW — APPLICATION AND DEFINITIONS 61-115. Pipeline corporation. The term "pipeline corporation" when used in this act includes every corporation or person, their lessees, trustees, receivers or trustees appointed by any court whatsoever, owning, controlling, operating or managing any pipeline for compensation within this state.
