Idaho Code § 60-107 — “Daily Newspaper” Defined.

TITLE 60 PUBLIC PRINTING AND OFFICIAL NOTICES CHAPTER 1 CONTRACTS FOR PRINTING — PUBLICATION OF NOTICES 60-107. "Daily newspaper" defined. A newspaper published within the state of Idaho for five (5) consecutive days a week, excepting legal holidays, is hereby declared to be a daily newspaper within the meaning of section 60-106 , Idaho Code.
