Idaho Code § 6-412 — Quiet Title Action — Maintenance Against Judgment Barred By Statute Of Limitations.
TITLE 6 ACTIONS IN PARTICULAR CASES CHAPTER 4 QUIETING TITLE — OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING TO ACTIONS CONCERNING REAL ESTATE 6-412. Quiet title action — Maintenance against judgment barred by statute of limitations. An action may be maintained to quiet title to lands against any judgment, the enforcement and collection of which is barred by the Statute of Limitations of the State of Idaho and which, except for the fact that its collection and enforcement is so barred by the Statute of Limitations, would constitute a lien upon said lands.
