Idaho Code § 6-3501 — Short Title.
TITLE 6 ACTIONS IN PARTICULAR CASES CHAPTER 35 IDAHO WRONGFUL CONVICTION ACT 6-3501. SHORT TITLE. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Idaho Wrongful Conviction Act."
