Idaho Code § 6-305 — Jurisdiction Of District Court.

TITLE 6 ACTIONS IN PARTICULAR CASES CHAPTER 3 FORCIBLE ENTRY AND UNLAWFUL DETAINER 6-305. Jurisdiction of district court. The district court of the county in which the property, or some part of it, is situated, has jurisdiction of proceedings under this chapter.
