Idaho Code § 59-903 — Notice Of Removal To Appointing Officer.
TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 9 RESIGNATIONS AND VACANCIES 59-903. Notice of removal to appointing officer. Whenever an officer is removed, convicted of any infamous crime or offense involving a violation of his oath of office, or whenever his election or appointment is declared void, the body, judge, or officer before whom the proceedings were had, must give notice thereof to the officer empowered to fill the vacancy.
