Idaho Code § 59-1401 — Short Title.
TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 14 EMERGENCY INTERIM EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIAL SUCCESSION ACT 59-1401. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Emergency Interim Executive and Judicial Succession Act."
