Idaho Code § 59-1350 — Deferral Of Early Retirement.
TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 13 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM 59-1350. Deferral of early retirement. Early retirement may be deferred by a member until the date he would have been eligible for service retirement had he remained an active member.
