Idaho Code § 59-1344 — Time For Payment Of Service Retirement Or Early Retirement.
TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 13 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM 59-1344. Time for payment of service retirement or early retirement. A service retirement allowance or early retirement allowance shall become payable to a member on the first of the month following his ceasing to be an employee while eligible for service retirement or early retirement and on the first of each month thereafter to and including the first of the month of the member’s death.
