Idaho Code § 59-1327 — Making A False Claim — Misdemeanor.

TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 13 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM 59-1327. Making a false claim — Misdemeanor. Any person making a false claim for allowance of benefits or payment of money under the provisions of this chapter, knowing the same to be false, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished pursuant to the provisions of section 18-113 , Idaho Code.
