Idaho Code § 59-1113 — Referendum On Acceptance By Governmental Retirement Services.
TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 11 SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS 59-1113. Referendum on acceptance by governmental retirement services. The governor of the state of Idaho is hereby empowered to authorize a referendum, and to designate any agency or individual to supervise its conduct, in accordance with the requirements of section 218(d) (3) of the Federal Social Security Act, on the question of whether service in positions covered by a retirement system established by the state or by a political subdivision thereof should be included under said Federal Social Security Act.
