Idaho Code § 59-1013 — Sale Of Pamphlet Laws — Penalty For Nonfeasance.

TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 59-1013. Sale of pamphlet laws — Penalty for nonfeasance. Any failure to comply with the provisions of the preceding section by any person or persons charged by law with the duty of publishing any of said laws as in said section provided for, shall be a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in any court of competent jurisdiction the person guilty shall be fined in any sum not less than two hundred dollars nor more than three hundred dollars, and upon information, it shall be the duty of the attorney general or the prosecuting attorney of any county, to prosecute such person or persons, and upon conviction to collect such fine as may be imposed, and deposit the same with the state treasurer for the benefit of the general school fund.
