Idaho Code § 59-1008 — Signature Of Ex Officio Officers.

TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 59-1008. Signature of ex officio officers. When an officer discharges ex officio the duties of another office than that to which he is elected or appointed, his official signature and attestation must be in the name of the office the duties of which he discharges.
