Idaho Code § 59-1001 — Possession Of Books And Papers.

TITLE 59 PUBLIC OFFICERS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 59-1001. Possession of books and papers. Every public officer is entitled to the possession of all books and papers pertaining to his office, or in the custody of a former incumbent by virtue of his office.
