Idaho Code § 58-401 — Preservation Of Trees On State Lands.

TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 4 SALE OF TIMBER ON STATE LANDS 58-401. Preservation of trees on state lands. No trees standing on lands of the state, which lands when cleared of trees will not be suitable for cultivation and raising crops, and no trees needed to conserve the snows, ice or water of any irrigation district, shall be cut from any part of the public lands belonging to the state, except as hereinafter provided.
