Idaho Code § 58-321 — Rebates Of Unearned Interest On Certificates Of Sale.

TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 3 APPRAISEMENT, LEASE, AND SALE OF LANDS 58-321. Rebates of unearned interest on certificates of sale. In all cases where, since January 1, 1917, interest on deferred payments of principal due the state of Idaho on contracts or certificates of sale of state lands has been, or shall hereafter be, paid in advance and during the advance period for which such interest is paid, the principal of said contract or certificate of sale is paid in full, thereby leaving in the hands of the state of Idaho a balance of unearned interest, such balance of unearned interest shall be repaid to the certificate or contract holder who makes final payment of principal thereon.
