Idaho Code § 58-1414 — State Not Liable For Acts Or Omissions Of The Commission Or Of Its Employees.
TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 14 IDAHO RANGELAND RESOURCES COMMISSION 58-1414. State not liable for acts or omissions of the commission or of its employees. The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any member thereof or any officer, agent or employee thereof.
