Idaho Code § 58-1413 — Establishment Of The Commission’S Office.
TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 14 IDAHO RANGELAND RESOURCES COMMISSION 58-1413. Establishment of the commission’s office. For the convenience of the majority of those most likely to be affected by the administration of this act, the commission shall establish and maintain an office within the state of Idaho.
