Idaho Code § 58-1411 — Bonds Of Agents And Employees.
TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 14 IDAHO RANGELAND RESOURCES COMMISSION 58-1411. Bonds of agents and employees. Any agent or employee appointed by the commission shall be bonded to the state of Idaho in the time, form, and manner as prescribed in chapter 8, title 59 , Idaho Code. The cost of the bond is an administrative expense under this chapter.
