Idaho Code § 58-114 — Reports.
TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 1 DEPARTMENT OF LANDS 58-114. Reports. The director shall annually on or before the first day of December, and at such other times as the governor or the board may require, report in writing to the governor and the board concerning the condition, management and financial transactions of his department.
