Idaho Code § 58-112 — Land Officials Prohibited From Buying State Lands — Penalties.

TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 1 DEPARTMENT OF LANDS 58-112. Land officials prohibited from buying state lands — Penalties. The members of the state board of land commissioners, the officers, clerks and employees of the department of lands are prohibited from directly or indirectly purchasing or becoming interested in the purchase of any of the public lands of the state. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to removal from office.
