Idaho Code § 58-102 — State Land Board — President — Quorum.
TITLE 58 PUBLIC LANDS CHAPTER 1 DEPARTMENT OF LANDS 58-102. State land board — President — Quorum. The governor shall be president of the board, but in his absence from any meeting, one (1) of the members may act as president pro tempore, and shall preside at such meeting. A majority of the members of said board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
