Idaho Code § 57-217 — Sale Of Bonds — Discount Or Commission To Bidder Prohibited — Employment Of Expert Services Authorized.
TITLE 57 PUBLIC FUNDS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 2 MUNICIPAL BOND LAW 57-217. Sale of bonds — Discount or commission to bidder prohibited — Employment of expert services authorized. No discount or commission shall be allowed or paid on or for any such sale to any purchaser or bidder, directly or indirectly, for or on account of any legal or other services rendered by any such bidder’s attorneys or employees in connection with the issuance or sale of such bonds: provided, that the governing body of any such issuer may employ expert legal or other expert services in connection with the authorization and issuance of such bonds if in the judgment of such governing body it will be to the financial interest of the issuer so to do.
