Idaho Code § 57-144 — Inspection Of Auditor’S Office.
TITLE 57 PUBLIC FUNDS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 1 PUBLIC DEPOSITORY LAW 57-144. Inspection of auditor’s office. The supervising board or any person authorized by it in writing, may, during business hours, in the presence of the county auditor or his deputy, inspect and examine the contracts, writings, securities, bonds and other papers belonging to the depositing unit, or pertaining to the business thereof in the custody of the auditor, and it is hereby made the duty of the county auditor to furnish all reasonable facilities for the purpose.
