Receipt Of Funds By Director — Use

TITLE 57 PUBLIC FUNDS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 14 RURAL REHABILITATION FUNDS 57-1404. Receipt of funds by director — Use. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, funds and the proceeds of the trust assets which are not authorized to be administered by the secretary of agriculture of the United States under the provisions of section 57-1403 , Idaho Code, shall be received by the director and deposited by him in the state treasury in a special fund for obligation and expenditure by the director for the purposes of section 57-1403 , Idaho Code, or for use by the director for such of the rural rehabilitation purposes permissible under the charter of the now dissolved Idaho Rural Rehabilitation Corporation as may from time to time be agreed upon by the director and the secretary of agriculture of the United States, subject to the applicable provisions of said Public Law 499.
