Idaho Code § 57-1401 — Purpose Of Law.
TITLE 57 PUBLIC FUNDS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 14 RURAL REHABILITATION FUNDS 57-1401. Purpose of law. It is hereby declared, as a matter of legislative determination, that agriculture in Idaho is in dire need of additional facilities and funds for rural rehabilitation purposes and that in the interest of the public welfare and general prosperity of the people of the state of Idaho that agriculture should be maintained and encouraged by having at its disposal those federal funds allotted to Idaho for rural rehabilitation purposes.
