Idaho Code § 57-110 — Designated Depository.

TITLE 57 PUBLIC FUNDS IN GENERAL CHAPTER 1 PUBLIC DEPOSITORY LAW 57-110. Designated depository. "Designated depository" is any national bank, state bank, trust company, federal savings and loan association, state savings and loan association, federal credit union or state credit union, located in the state and designated as a depository by the supervising board.
