Idaho Code § 56-804 — Dissemination Of Information To Families.

TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 8 HARD-TO-PLACE CHILDREN 56-804. Dissemination of information to families. The department shall disseminate information to prospective adoptive families and families who wish to be appointed legal guardians of a child in the state’s custody, as to the availability of hard-to-place children, adoption and guardianship procedures, and of the existence of financial aid to adoptive families and guardians of hard-to-place children.
