Idaho Code § 56-802 — Definitions.
TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 8 HARD-TO-PLACE CHILDREN 56-802. Definitions. For the purposes of this act: (1) "Hard-to-place child" means a child who is difficult to place for adoption or guardianship because of ethnic background, race, color, age, sibling grouping, or physical or emotional disability. (2) "Department" means the department of health and welfare.
