Idaho Code § 56-609 — Worker’S Compensation Benefits.
TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 6 YOUTH CONSERVATION 56-609. worker’s compensation benefits. Participants shall, for the purpose of the administration of the worker’s compensation law, be deemed to be civil employees of the state.
