Idaho Code § 56-604 — Duties Of Park And Recreation Board.
TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 6 YOUTH CONSERVATION 56-604. Duties of park and recreation board. It shall be the duty of the park and recreation board to expend such funds as it deems necessary to provide staff, select workers, equip, supply and maintain all phases of said project as funds are available.
