Idaho Code § 56-603 — Requirements For Participants — Summer Camp.
TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 6 YOUTH CONSERVATION 56-603. Requirements for participants — Summer camp. (a) Participants in the Idaho youth conservation project shall be citizens of the United States and the state of Idaho, of good character and health who are not less than fourteen (14) years nor more than seventeen (17) years of age. (b) In order to participate in the project an individual must agree to comply with the rules and regulations as set up by the park board for the government of those taking part in the project. (c) Participation shall be for the duration of one (1) summer camp as set by the park and recreation board.
