Idaho Code § 56-601 — Policy.
TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 6 YOUTH CONSERVATION 56-601. Policy. It is hereby declared to be the policy of this state to conserve and develop the youth resources thereof, which is the source of our state’s future citizens and taxpayers, and likewise to conserve and develop the natural resources of our state as a trust held by us for these future citizens, and it is the urgent duty of the state to conserve the youth as well as the natural resources thereof.
