Idaho Code § 56-213 — Examination To Determine Blindness.

TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 2 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE LAW 56-213. Examination to determine blindness. No application for aid to the blind shall be approved until an ophthalmologist or physician skilled in diseases of the eye, or an optometrist, approved or designated by the state department, shall have examined the applicant and shall have certified his findings in the manner and form required by the state department.
