Idaho Code § 56-1704 — Duties Of The Director.

TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 17 CRISIS STANDARDS OF CARE ACT 56-1704. duties of the director. The director shall have the power and duty to: (1)  Declare that crisis standards of care are activated in a region or statewide if conditions warrant a declaration; and (2)  Promulgate rules that are necessary to carry out the policies and purposes of this chapter.
