Idaho Code § 56-1050 — Injunction Proceedings.

TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 10 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE 56-1050. Injunction proceedings. Notwithstanding the existence or use of any other remedy, whenever any person has engaged in, or is about to engage in, any acts or practices which constitute or will constitute a violation of any provision of sections 56-1041 through 56-1053 , Idaho Code, or any rule or order issued thereunder, the attorney general, upon the request of the department, after notice to such person and opportunity to comply, may make application to the appropriate court for an order enjoining such acts or practices, or for an order directing compliance, and upon a showing by the department that such person has engaged in, or is about to engage in, any such acts or practices, a permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order, or other order may be granted.
