Idaho Code § 56-1046 — Records.

TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 10 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE 56-1046. Records. (1) The department shall require each person who possesses or uses an x-ray producing machine to maintain necessary records relating to its receipt, use, storage, transfer, or disposal and such other records as the department may require which will permit the determination of the extent of occupational and public exposure from the x-ray producing machine. Copies of these records shall be submitted to the department on request. These requirements are subject to such exemptions as may be provided by rule. (2)  The department may by rule establish standards requiring that personnel monitoring be provided for any employee potentially exposed to x-rays and may provide for the reporting to any employee of his x-ray exposure record.
