Idaho Code § 56-1006 — Title Superseded.

TITLE 56 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND WELFARE CHAPTER 10 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE 56-1006. Title superseded. Except with respect to environmental protection functions, wherever the words "board of health" appear in the Idaho Code, they shall mean the board of health and welfare, and wherever the words "administrator of health" appear in the Idaho Code, they shall mean the director of the department of health and welfare, and wherever the words "department of health" appear in the Idaho Code, they shall mean the department of health and welfare.
