Idaho Code § 55-815 — Unrecorded Instruments Valid Between Parties.

TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 8 RECORDING TRANSFERS 55-815. Unrecorded instruments valid between parties. An unrecorded instrument is valid as between the parties thereto and those who have notice thereof.
