Idaho Code § 55-803 — United States Patents.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 8 RECORDING TRANSFERS 55-803. United States patents. Letters patent and all other instruments that evidence or affect title to real property, geothermal resources, or minerals including, but not limited to, oil and gas, in this state issued by the United States, executed pursuant to existing law, may be recorded without further proof.
