Idaho Code § 55-601 — Conveyance — How Made.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 6 TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY 55-601. Conveyance — How made. A conveyance of an estate in real property may be made by an instrument in writing, subscribed by the party disposing of the same, or by his agent thereunto authorized by writing. The name of the grantee and his complete mailing address must appear on such instrument.
