TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 3 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF OWNERS 55-313. Rent on lease for life — Recovery after death. Rent dependent on the life of a person may be recovered after as well as before his death.
