Idaho Code § 55-312 — Recovery Of Rent On Lease For Life.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 3 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF OWNERS 55-312. Recovery of rent on lease for life. Rent due upon a lease for life may be recovered in the same manner as upon a lease for years.
