Idaho Code § 55-2702 — Legislative Policy.

TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 27 FLOATING HOMES RESIDENCY ACT 55-2702. Legislative policy. The legislature finds and declares that, because of current governmental policy limiting the availability of moorage sites both within and outside a floating home marina, the historic value of existing floating homes moored on the waters of the state, the investment in these floating homes and floating home marinas, and the cost of relocating a floating home, it is necessary that the owners of floating homes within a floating home marina be provided with the unique protection from actual or constructive eviction and the other protections afforded by the provisions of this chapter.
