Idaho Code § 55-2516 — Good Faith Required.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 25 PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE ACT 55-2516. Good faith required. Each disclosure required in this chapter and each act which may be performed in making the disclosure shall be made in good faith. For the purposes of this chapter, good faith means honesty in fact, in the conduct of the transaction.
