Idaho Code § 55-2502 — Legislative Intent.

TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 25 PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE ACT 55-2502. Legislative intent. In order to promote the public health, safety and welfare and to protect consumers; it is the purpose of the provisions of this chapter to require sellers of residential real property as defined in this chapter to disclose certain defects in the residential real property to a prospective buyer.
