Idaho Code § 55-2212 — Waiver Permitted By Owner Of Underground Facility.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 22 UNDERGROUND FACILITIES DAMAGE PREVENTION 55-2212. Waiver permitted by owner of underground facility. The notification and marking provisions of this chapter may be waived for one or more designated persons by an underground facility owner with respect to all or part of that underground facility owner’s own underground facilities.
