Idaho Code § 55-2106 — Uniformity Of Application And Construction.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 21 UNIFORM CONSERVATION EASEMENT ACT 55-2106. Uniformity of application and construction. This chapter shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws with respect to the subject of the chapter among states enacting it.
