Idaho Code § 55-1522 — Rule Against Perpetuities And Unreasonable Restraints On Alienation Inapplicable.

TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 15 CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY ACT 55-1522. Rule against perpetuities and unreasonable restraints on alienation inapplicable. It is expressly provided that the rule of property known as the rule against perpetuities and the rule of property known as the rule restricting unreasonable restraints on alienation shall not be applied to defeat any of the provisions of this act or any condition, conveyance or inheritance consistent herewith.
