Liability Of Unit Owners, Tenants, Employees — Duties And Powers Of Owners

TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 15 CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY ACT 55-1516. Liability of unit owners, tenants, employees — Duties and powers of owners. All condominium owners, tenants of such owners, employees of owners and tenants, or any other persons that may in any manner use property or any part thereof submitted to the provisions of this act shall be subject to this act and to the declaration and by-laws of the project adopted pursuant to the provisions of this act. All agreements, decisions and determinations lawfully made by the management body shall be deemed to be binding on all condominium owners and shall inure to the benefit of all such owners. Each condominium owner and any group of owners shall have standing and authority, unless otherwise provided, to enforce the provisions of the declaration and any recorded by-laws of the project.
